Pasta and Puccini in May

SSupper in September

This year we have spent money raised previously and during the current year. The up to date list of donations are as follows.

£500
was spent during the Easter holidays to buy deckchairs (in school colours) for sitting more comfortably to watch cricket in the summer. We are delighted that they have already been used and much admired.

£1000 has been allocated from the Summer Fete profits to the Music Department (which they did not request but was offered)  David Sackett and Roland Robertson are working out what they want to spend it on.

We are enormously grateful to staff and pupils for their musical contributions throughout the year and this donation shows our appreciation for everything they do and the pleasure that we all receive from their hard work.

£1000 has been promised to buy new equipment for the Fitness Centre in the Old Gym.

£1,000
has been paid to update equipment in the theatre, including buying new lights and repairing others.

We have made the third of five payments of
£350  for the Dictionary of Art. This is a 5 year funding project, where we are matching the school's funding.

£6,500 is still reserved from to fund the special edition Millennium Hymn and Prayer books for use in the Chapel.  Delivery is now hoped to be in time for the beginning of next term.
