Last year's Uniform Sales were very successful overall, particularly June's when new parents were able to supplement their purchases with a few bargains.
Sellers receive 50% of the sale price, subject to a minimum of £5 aggregated over the year.
Envelopes containing last year's money will be in Reception for collection from Monday 6th September. If you wish to phone first to check if there is money waiting for you, please call Reception from 6th September (01225 835 353, then 10#).
The next Sale will be on Saturday 16th October from 8.30 - 10 a.m. in the Pavilion.
Uniform can be left in Reception from the beginning of term. Please remember that each item to be sold must have a slip pinned to it with name and contact details if you wish to receive half the proceeds. Unsold uniform is

Race Night in May was attended by a small but enthusiastic crowd who became more vocal and free with their money as the evening progressed. It was unfortunate that it coincided with a beautiful evening so most people stayed at home to have a barbecue, but those people who came enjoyed it .
The Midsummer Sports Afternoon went very well towards the end of term with parents and children picnicking, playing tennis, boules and croquet and then having a strawberry tea to finish off. A couple of parents joined the PPA cricket team to take on the 1st XI. The weather had been decidedly dodgy beforehand but we were very lucky on the day - it didn't rain until the tennis had finished. There was a request to add rounders to the afternoon

All parents are invited to the AGM, where there will be brief reports from the outgoing Chairman, the Headmaster and Treasurer, the election/re-election of officers (including a new Chairman) and the opportunity to join the committee.
This part of the evening is traditionally kept as brief as possible, in order that we can all have drink and chat afterwards. This part of the evening tends to go on rather longer!
